Citizen Service is where you handle your entry registration, such as CPR and MitID.
If you want personal assistance at Citizen Service, you must book an appointment in advance. Plan your visit by phone or by booking online using the link above. For appointments at our decentralized Citizen Service locations, booking must be made by phone.
You can book an appointment during the following hours:
- Monday: 9.00 – 18.00
- Tueday: 9.00 – 15.00
- Wednesday: 9.00 – 15.00
- Thursday: 9.00 – 16.45

Closed Days
Varde Citizen Service is closed every Friday and on selected public holidays, including May 1st, Friday after Ascension Day, and Constitution Day (June 5th).
